The client's primary goal for this design was visual appeal. The generous size of the design area provided an opportunity to create extensive walking paths, giving the client another way to enjoy the garden. The location requires firewise design principles; fortunately the client also has a robust irrigation system. Plants were selected that are hopefully less palatable to deer.
